“Despite its modern Sukhothai design and family-friendly focus, the resort seems to struggle with consistent upkeep and service, overshadowing some of its best assets like the rooftop bar and convenient access to Surin and Bangtao beaches. I noted that while spacious suites and multiple pools exist, some experiences, especially regarding room maintenance and responsiveness, seem inconsistent with what one expects from a luxury stay. Overall, the location and amenities hold promise, but a more dedicated approach to service and property care would elevate the experience significantly.”
